Office services a la carte at a prestigious address

We all know professionals who conduct their business over lattes and laptops at various coffee shops around town.
Perryville Virtual Office Suites (VOS) offers something a little different – offices and cubicles for rent in a fully furnished and technologically “linked in” setting on the third floor of A Perryville Place at 6957 Olde Creek Road.
“We have many clients who want to tap into Rockford’s growing market, but don’t want to pay the up-front capital expenses to ‘set up shop’,” said the Center Manager Lynn Martz.
According to Martz and owner Avneesh Nigam, serving their business customers’ needs in an “a la carte” fashion – and with all the flexibility of the Wi-Fi coffee shop — is what Perryville VOS is all about. Martz said it’s the only virtual office for miles – as far as Hoffman Estates in the Chicago suburbs and Madison in Wisconsin.
With a background in real estate, Nigam developed the virtual office suites after living in and traveling to larger cities like Denver, San Francisco and New York. “I’ve seen virtual offices all over the world – in tier one cities. They work in growing markets.”
Setting Up Virtual Shop
The office suites’ least expensive packages allow business professionals use of the Perryville VOS address for mail and phone, and a front desk receptionist to answer calls and accept packages.
“Flexibility and perception are extremely important here,” Nigam said. He and Martz believe using the prestigious address on the growing east side of Rockford helps business professionals in establishing their credibility and improving their perception.
Going up the fee scale, professionals can rent cubicles to fully furnished offices by the hour, by the month, by the year — whatever fits. There’s access to conference rooms, videoconferencing, fax and copy machines and phones, and T-1 Internet connectivity.
The executive package offers professionals 24-hour, seven-day-a-week access to the office suites, along with their fully furnished space.
“We have clientele from financial planning, legal, real estate, engineering and healthcare,” Nigam said.
The center offers three conference rooms and the latest feature – video conferencing — used by attorneys and court reporters for legal depositions, as well as executive recruiters. Pharmaceutical representatives host parties at the conference center to introduce new products to doctors. Rather than using a restaurant, Nigam said it “gives that executive feel and more privacy.
“Everything is taken care of for them. We are their office for business catering, for running errands … .”
Nigam said plans are to complete an additional space to seat 50 to 100 people by year end. “We are very proud to let it be known that VOS meets all of the global standards in the business world!”
